PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Preorder items require advance payment in full. Orders will be confirmed via email. Preorders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, after which there are no cancellations or refunds during the preorder period. Once a preorder has been successfully filled and shipped, returns will only be offered in the event that a product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Items are subject to availability. Snack Crack Bam reserves the right to cancel any product or design without cause or justification, at any time. If any preorder item is cancelled prior, during, or after production, purchasers will be offered a similar replacement item or a refund for that item only.

  • Preorder items are expected to ship in late summer 2025. In the event of unforeseen circumstances during production, timelines are subject to change without notice. Purchasers will be notified via email should any preorder item be delayed or cancelled. Snack Crack Bam is not responsible for any manufacturing or fulfillment delays and will not offer any order cancellations, refunds, or compensation for delays.

  • Shipping Fees are to be determined, and will be invoiced via email when items are ready to ship. Orders will not be released for delivery until shipping invoices have been paid in full. Local Pickup may be available.
