PREORDERS Pre-production products made available for advance sales require payment in full at time of preorder. Orders will be confirmed via email. There are no cancellations or refunds during the preorder period. Once a preorder has been successfully filled and shipped, returns are only offered in the event that a product arrives damaged or defective. Product descriptions and pre-production photo renders are for representation only. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy, however changes may occur during production and before final delivery. In the event of unforeseen circumstances during production, timelines are subject to change without notice. Purchasers will be notified via email should any preorder item be delayed or cancelled. Snack Crack Bam is not responsible for any manufacturing or fulfillment delays and will not offer any order cancellations, refunds, or compensation for delays. Items are subject to availability. Snack Crack Bam reserves the right to cancel any product or design without cause or justification, at any time. If any preorder item is cancelled prior, during, or after production, purchasers will be offered a similar replacement item or a refund for that item only.
