Shipping and returns

Shipping & Delivery 

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, taxes, and/or tariffs, where applicable by law;

  • Orders ship via Federal Express, UPS, Purolator, DHL, Canada Post, or local courier service, dependent on destination and service level, from Toronto, Canada, within 5-7 business days of order payment;

  • Snack Crack Bam is not responsible or liable for any shipping delays that may occur once a package has left its facilities.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total package size, weight, and destination;

  • Free standard shipping on orders over C$150 applies to Canadian delivery addresses only, excluding NWT, YT, and NU, and must be selected after entering the delivery address at checkout;

  • U.S. Government-imposed Tariffs must be prepaid on any orders shipping to the United States, and will be calculated with shipping, and included in the final price, as per current US-government policy;

Returns

  • All orders are final sale, and are not eligible for return;

  • All products are inspected and quality-checked prior to shipping, to ensure they are free from damages or defects;

  • Should a package arrive that has been damaged in transit, resulting in damaged product, these items may be eligible for exchange ONLY, at the sole discretion of Snack Crack Bam;

  • Claims for damages or defects must be submitted, in writing, with photo evidence, to sales@snackcrackbam.com within 7 days of delivery;

  • Purchaser’s failure to provide written notice of a claim within 7 days shall constitute a waiver of any claim.
